Biography

Hélène Boulanger (MARPE Diplo project leader) is senior lecturer and first vice president of the Université de Lorraine since 2017. Former program leader MA Strategic Communication (until 2014), she was appointed as the dean of humanities and social sciences collegium from 2012 to 2017. She holds a PhD in Information and Communication sciences and her area of expertise covers the problematics of strategic communication. She is member of the Centre de Recherche sur les Médiations (CREM – Université de Lorraine), one of the leading french laboratories in the field of information and communication sciences.
